General
Chillin Labs is a clinically governed longevity telehealth clinic. We connect you with AHPRA-registered practitioners who develop evidence-based protocols tailored to your goals, whether that is weight management, performance recovery, hormonal balance, or healthy ageing. Everything is done remotely, and treatment is delivered to your door.
Adults aged 18 and over who want to take a proactive, science-backed approach to their health. Suitability for any specific protocol is determined individually by an AHPRA-registered practitioner — meeting the age requirement does not guarantee that treatment will be clinically appropriate for you. From busy professionals seeking to understand their biomarkers to everyday Australians who want clinician-guided insight rather than guesswork. If you value evidence over marketing claims, Chillin Labs is built for you.
Yes. Every protocol is assessed and approved by an AHPRA-registered practitioner following a thorough clinical review. We do not sell products directly. We provide clinician-governed care with real oversight at every step.
We are a telehealth clinic, not a supplement marketplace. Every protocol is developed and overseen by an AHPRA-registered practitioner and dispensed by a licensed Australian pharmacy. Our focus is clinical assessment, practitioner oversight at every stage, and transparent pricing with no hidden costs.
Yes. Our telehealth model means we can support patients across every state and territory in Australia. Consultations happen via secure video, and treatment is dispatched directly to your address.
Getting Started
Begin with our health assessment, which takes about 5 minutes. A practitioner reviews your responses and books a secure telehealth consultation to discuss your goals and medical history. If a protocol is clinically appropriate, treatment is approved and dispensed by a licensed Australian pharmacy and delivered to you.
The health assessment takes about 5 minutes. Practitioner consultations are generally scheduled within a few business days, subject to availability. Dispatch timeframes after approval depend on the type of Medicine prescribed: pre-packaged Medicines are typically dispatched by the pharmacy within 2 to 3 business days, while compounded or sterile preparations (such as sterile peptides) are generally dispatched within approximately 5 to 10 business days, subject to pharmacy compounding, stock availability, and courier timeframes.
No. Everything happens via secure telehealth. The questionnaire, consultation, clinical review, and follow-ups are all done remotely. Treatment is delivered to your door Australia-wide.
Your practitioner reviews your health history, current concerns, and goals. They explain which protocols may be appropriate, discuss potential benefits and risks, and answer your questions. If a protocol is right for you, they can develop your plan during the same session.
If your practitioner determines that a protocol is not clinically appropriate for you, they will explain why and, where possible, suggest alternatives. The applicable consultation fee still covers the clinical time spent assessing you; however, you will not be charged for the protocol itself, and any prepaid protocol or medication cost is refunded to your original payment method. Your practitioner will always confirm any applicable fees upfront.
Protocols & Treatment
We offer seven clinical protocol categories: Weight Management, Performance and Recovery, Hormone and Mental Wellbeing, Hair, Skin and Renewal, Muscle Building and Strength, Injury Repair, and Longevity and Healthy Ageing. Each protocol is tailored to your individual needs by your practitioner.
In some cases, yes. Your practitioner will assess whether combining protocols is clinically appropriate based on your health profile and goals. Clinical suitability is always assessed individually.
Your practitioner considers your medical history, current health status, lifestyle factors, and specific goals. Dosing, agent selection, and treatment duration are all tailored to you. Protocols are adjusted over time based on your progress and biomarker data.
Protocol duration varies depending on the treatment and your goals. Some protocols run for a defined period, while others are ongoing. Your practitioner will outline the expected timeline during your consultation and adjust as needed based on your results.
Specific medications and preparations are not listed publicly. Under Australian regulatory requirements, certain treatments cannot be advertised to consumers. Your practitioner will discuss all clinically appropriate options with you during your consultation, including the treatment, how it is administered, and any relevant risks.
Ongoing Care
Your practitioner schedules regular reviews based on your protocol. These are typically via telehealth and focus on your progress, any side effects, and whether adjustments are needed. The frequency depends on your treatment plan.
Yes. If you have concerns or experience unexpected symptoms, you can reach our care team who will escalate to your practitioner as needed. We do not leave you without support between scheduled reviews. Our care team is not monitored for urgent matters — for serious side effects or any medical emergency, call 000 or attend your nearest hospital emergency department.
Depending on your protocol, progress is tracked through a combination of biomarker testing, clinical assessments, and patient-reported outcomes. If we cannot measure it, we do not claim it. Your practitioner will explain what to expect and when.
Yes. There are no lock-in contracts. You can pause or stop your protocol at any time. We recommend discussing any changes with your practitioner so they can guide you through a managed transition.
Your practitioner will review your results and discuss next steps. Depending on your goals, this may include transitioning to a maintenance protocol, adjusting your approach, or completing treatment. You are never pressured to continue.
Pricing & Payment
Pricing varies by protocol and is always transparent. You will know the full cost before committing to treatment. There are no hidden fees, no surprise charges, and no upsells. Specific pricing is outlined during your consultation.
Yes. The initial practitioner consultation is $199 (GST-free), and a separate pathology and medical assessment fee of $220 (inclusive of GST where applicable) applies where blood tests or additional assessment are clinically required. Fees are confirmed before any appointment proceeds, and protocol, medication, and delivery costs are quoted separately and transparently before you commit. If a protocol is not clinically appropriate for you, the consultation fee still covers the practitioner's assessment time; any prepaid protocol or medication cost is refunded.
Longevity medicine protocols are generally not covered by Medicare or private health insurance. However, some ancillary services such as blood tests may be eligible for rebates. We recommend checking with your provider for details.
No. We believe in transparent pricing. The cost of your protocol, including medications, dispensing, and delivery, is outlined clearly before you begin. There are no subscription traps or hidden charges.
